Plaintiffs, Mary Kohler, Robert Kohler and Gloria Dickson, filed their complaint for damages against the defendants, Sears, Roebuck & Company, Kenmore, Inc., and Whirlpool Corp., on June 4, 1973. Defendants Sears and Whirlpool filed an answer and served interrogatories on plaintiffs Mary Kohler and Gloria Dickson on August 4, 1973. On October 9, 1973, plaintiffs were ordered to answer...
