By leave of court, defendant Bernard Jacobson appeals from a portion of an order of the Chancery Division which denied his application to withdraw $10,000 from funds held in the trust account of his attorneys Messrs. Sachar, Bernstein, Rothberg, Sikora & Mongello in order to pay attorneys' fees and costs incurred and to be incurred in the defense of the criminal charges against him.
