This is an amended complaint (complaint) in the Superior Court by which various plaintiffs (or groups of plaintiffs) seek to pursue four distinct routes in their efforts to overturn a decision made by the planning board of Nantucket on September 2, 1975, by which that board approved a definitive plan of subdivision (G.L.c. 41, § 81U) of certain land owned by the defendant Backus and lying in the Wauwinet section of the town.
