Defendant is charged with the exclusive power to supervise, license and examine the overall practice of dentistry in the State of Michigan pursuant to MCLA 338.201 et seq.; MSA 14.629(1) et seq.

On July 8, 1976, plaintiffs commenced an action in Oakland County Circuit Court seeking declaratory and injunctive relief...
