Muriel Matthies appeals from a summary judgment dismissing her cause of action on the ground that it was barred by the statute of limitations.

On April 18, 1975, Matthies served a summons and complaint on Knodel, alleging that he committed malpractice in the handling of a divorce entered on April 20, 1972.
