On March 14, 1975, Louis Williams and Manuel Scotts were jury convicted of first-degree murder1 and conspiracy to commit murder2 in the killing of Phyllis Jones, and first-degree murder in the killing of Janice Hull. Defendants' appeals as of right are consolidated for disposition.
