Plaintiff is the coexecutor under the will of her deceased husband, H. Ernest Stuchell, Jr. She is also cotrustee under a certain life insurance trust created by her said husband.

Defendant, Girard Trust Bank, is the other coexecutor and cotrustee of the said H. Ernest Stuchell, Jr.

Among the assets of decedent were a 65 percent interest in a closed corporation...
