MAUGHAN, Justice:

Plaintiffs brought this action seeking recovery under a contract of employment. The trial was to the court. Judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiffs. Defendant appeals, prays reversal and remand; with directions to grant the relief prayed in its counterclaim.

We affirm the trial court. Costs to plaintiffs.
