This is a proceeding to review a recommendation of the Disciplinary Board of the State Bar that Martin Bloom be disciplined.

Bloom, a 34-year-old attorney admitted to practice in 1972, pleaded guilty in 1975 to solicitation to commit bribery (Pen. Code, § 653f). The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed him on two years' probation. In 1976 the court terminated...
