WILKINS, Justice:
Plaintiff appeals from an order of the Third District Court for Salt Lake County setting aside a garnishment execution and releasing funds deposited in a checking account held in the sole name of defendant at First Security Bank in Salt Lake City, which had been garnished by plaintiff, former wife of defendant, in partial satisfaction of a judgment for delinquent child support. Affirmed. Costs to defendant.
