Defendant, Ricky Orr, appeals his conviction by a jury of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit robbery and murder. We affirm.

On the evening of January 20, 1972, Linkfeld Glover was shot twice in the head and killed during a robbery of a service station in Denver where he was the attendant.
