In this Federal Tort Claims action, the appellants sought and obtained a favorable court awarded judgment based on the medical malpractice of the Veterans Administration Hospital at Denver. The claim was that the V.A. staff neglected to recognize and treat a lack of blood circulation in the legs of plaintiff Glen Steckler.
