IRWIN, Justice:

H.C. Foster (appellant) seeks reversal of an order forfeiting an appearance bond posted by him as surety on behalf of one Steve Lynn Reich, defendant in a criminal proceeding. Reich appeared at trial and judgment was rendered against him on a change of plea from not guilty to guilty. Reich was sentenced to five (5) years in the state penitentiary.
