Appellant-defendant was found guilty by jury verdicts of five counts of assault with a deadly weapon and sentenced by the trial judge on only one count to a penitentiary term. The issues as raised by the defendant are: 1. Whether bond was excessive and, if so, denied defendant a fair trial; 2.
