OPINION

WOOD, Chief Judge.

Defendant was convicted of second degree murder. We summarily reversed the conviction by memorandum decision in State v. Slayton, (Ct.App.) No. 2584, decided July 20, 1976. We reversed because the showing before this Court was that an arrangement between counsel for defendant and the prosecutor prevented the defendant from having a meaningful trial. See State v.
