OPINION

DUNIWAY, Circuit Judge:

Murrieta appeals from a judgment of conviction of importation and of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute it in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 952(a), and 960(a)(1). We affirm.
