In the matter of the Estate of Irene Baker, Deceased. Howard INGERSOL, Mary Ingersol, Virginia Ingersol Thiffault, and Ruth Branson, Appellants, v. Alfred W. BAKER, Respondent.

Court of Appeals of Oregon.

Decided December 5, 1977.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Patric J. Doherty, Portland, argued the cause for appellant. With him on the briefs were Richard C. Busse and Rankin, McMurry, Osburn & Gallagher, Portland.

Harry R. Kraus, Portland, argued the cause and filed the brief for respondent.

Before SCHWAB, C.J., and THORNTON and JOHNSON, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Appellants appeal the order of the trial court denying their petition for probate of a will and issuing letters of administration to respondent to probate the subject estate intestate. On de novo review we concur with the trial court's findings that the will offered by appellants had been revoked by the decedent prior to her death.
