Pivotal to the resolution of the case, subjudice, is the question of whether the rule of law formulated in Miller v. Anderson, supra (43 Ohio St. 473), should continue to be the law in Ohio. The syllabus in Miller, supra, reads, in pertinent part, as follows:

"1. The natural father of a child can not be held for its support, under the statutes of this state, if the mother, after the child was begotten, and during pregnancy...
