Defendant appeals from an injunction forbidding it, its attorneys, agents and employes from conducting collective bargaining sessions which were closed to members of the news media.

Defendant was engaged in collective bargaining with the teachers employed by it and had retained a professional labor negotiator to represent it during the negotiations. The ground rules agreed to by defendant and the teachers for the negotiations provided...
