PER CURIAM.

Appellant, the plaintiff in this action, was injured on March 27, 1970 by a dive into shallow water from a seawall. He was 16 years old at the time of the accident, having been born September 9, 1953. The present action against the State was filed on April 26, 1974. Summary judgment in favor of the State was granted upon the ground that the action is barred by the statute of limitations. We affirm.
