The Appellant, Terry James Stryker, hereinafter referred to as defendant, after being certified to stand trial as an adult, was charged in the District Court, Pottawatomie County, Case No. CRF-75-111, with the offense of Robbery With Firearms, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 801. The defendant was tried by a jury, convicted and sentenced to Life imprisonment in the State penitentiary...
