On September 22, 1974, plaintiff David Hladyshewski was injured when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a van driven by defendant Steve Robinson. The accident occurred on a dirt road in a wooded area of the Ringo Springs Ranch, a resort where plaintiff was employed.
