The issue in this worker's compensation case is whether claimant's condition is medically stationary under ORS 656.268(1) in order that he may be awarded permanent disability benefits.

Claimant injured his back during the course of his employment as a draftsman September 23, 1969. A determination order was first issued December 8, 1969, awarding claimant temporary total disability but no permanent partial disability. The claim was reopened...
