This marks the second occasion upon which this matter has reached this court. The dispute involves a custody battle over the parties' minor daughter. In our first opinion we concluded that the matter should be remanded to the superior court for further proceedings. DeHart v. Layman, 536 P.2d 789 (Alaska 1975).
