This is a diversity action brought on behalf of a minor Plaintiff for injuries received when Plaintiff was allegedly attacked and seriously injured by one or more dogs while he was trespassing on property known as the Seaman Estate. The injuries to Plaintiff occurred subsequent to the death of Vida Seaman and her individual conduct prior to death is not alleged as a proximate cause of Plaintiff's injuries...
