OPINION

DITTER, District Judge.

This is a civil rights action in which plaintiffs seek declaratory and injunctive relief and monetary damages against various officials of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Justice. Presently before the court is the motion to dismiss Count II1 of the amended complaint insofar as it claims money damages from various defendants sued in their individual capacities.
