OPINION

HOWARD, Chief Judge.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of voluntary manslaughter while armed with a gun and was sentenced to the Arizona State Prison for a term of not less than 20 years nor more than life.

The facts show that appellant went to the apartment of an acquaintance, Mollie Gallardo, who was a small-time heroin dealer. He remained there approximately one-half hour during which time he argued with Mollie, killed her and departed rapidly...
