OPINION

THOMPSON, Justice.

The district court entered judgment for the Hildreths against United Mortgage Co. for a sum of money representing usury. United has appealed contending that prejudicial error occurred when the trial court found that United had loaned money to the Hildreths rather than finding that it acted as a mortgage broker in obtaining a loan for them. If United loaned the money, its charge therefore was usurious and the judgment must be affirmed...
