This is a civil action brought in Superior Court to enforce an easement to pass over the defendants' property in Little Compton. The plaintiffs, Antone S. and Mary S. Thomas, sought damages and injunctive relief against James L. and Kathleen F. Ross, who had erected obstructions at each end of the claimed easement.
