This case comes to us from a decision of the Washington Superior Court of an appeal to said court from the determination of the Board of Civil Authority of the Town of Northfield, Vermont, assessing real estate owned by the plaintiff-appellant for property tax purposes for the year commencing April 1, 1973. Pursuant to the authority vested in it by 32 V.S.A. §§ 4461 and 4467, the court proceeded by trial de novo to determine the correct valuation...
