We are called upon in this case to consider the possible civil liability of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents who were involved in a criminal investigation which culminated in the indictment and arrest of the plaintiff. The plaintiff alleges that the arrest was in violation of her fourth amendment rights and seeks damages under the authority of Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents.1 We are unable...
