This is an appeal by plaintiff, Raoul Billeaud, a 78 year old school crossing guard who was injured when struck by a vehicle driven by defendant, William H. Perry. The appeal is from a jury award of $17,081.12 and a decision of the trial court with respect to apportionment of the award between plaintiff and the workmen's compensation carrier of plaintiff's employer.
