After a trial by jury, appellant, David L. Washington, was found guilty of two counts of armed robbery (D.C.Code 1973, §§ 22-2901, -3202), two counts of robbery (D.C.Code 1973, § 22-2901), and three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (D.C.Code 1973, § 22-502).
