This is one of several actions pending before us arising from the crash of a Cessna 177 Cardinal airplane on August 24, 1974. In this action, plaintiff, widow of, and executor of the estate of one of the decedents, has brought suit against the Cessna Aircraft Corporation, alleging that the airplane was unreasonably dangerous and that Cessna breached various warranties...
