This is an appeal from juvenile proceedings in which Keith James Hillman was found to be a delinquent.

On the night of February 11, 1977, young Hillman, then a sixteen year old, and Rammie Gauthier, an adult, entered Pepitons Mini-Mart in Dupont, Louisiana, without authorization.
