ORDER

The National Labor Relations Board (the Board) pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 160(e), has petitioned this court for enforcement of its order issued March 15, 1976. The Board's Decision and Order are reported at 223 NLRB 260 (1976). We find that there is substantial evidence on the record as a whole to support the Board's finding that the withdrawal of Goodsell & Vocke, Inc. from the Painting and Decorating Contractors Association of Central Coast Counties...
