Elizabeth V. Bagby has brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 seeking declaratory relief, compensatory and punitive damages, and attorney's fees and costs based upon the Defendants' alleged violations of her constitutional rights under the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
