MAUGHAN, Justice.

Plaintiff brought this action, to recover for personal injuries and property damage, sustained in an intersection collision. The issues of liability and damages were submitted to a jury, which found plaintiff one hundred percent negligent and defendant without negligence. The trial court rendered judgment in accordance with the verdict. Plaintiff appeals, and contends the trial court erred in its denial of plaintiff's motions for a directed verdict...
