This appeal is from the decision of the Patent and Trademark Office Board of Appeals ("board"), adhered to on reconsideration, affirming the rejection of claims 1-3 under 35 U.S.C. 103, in application serial No. 256,841, filed May 25, 1972, for "Improved Croze for Whiskey Barrels." We affirm.
