YEAGLEY, Associate Judge:

Appellant was convicted after a nonjury trial of two traffic offenses, (1) leaving after colliding and causing personal injuries (Traffic and Motor Vehicle Regulations, Part I, § 17) and (2) driving without glasses in violation of his permit restrictions (appellant is not appealing the latter conviction). He alleges on appeal that because there was insufficient evidence of personal injuries to the complaining witness (Mr. Leo Jones)...
