In this action embracing importations of athletic footwear from Taiwan defendant moves pursuant to Rule 4.7(b) for an order dismissing the action for lack of jurisdiction. Defendant contends that the entries were liquidated on December 5, 1975, that the two protests involved herein were filed against these liquidations on March 16, 1976, or 102 days after the liquidations, and that the protests are untimely because not filed within 90 days of liquidation...
