Plaintiff filed this suit for partition in kind of a tract of land. The court appointed P. N. Fontenot, a civil engineer, to survey the property and prepare a plat as to how the land and improvements could be divided into halfs. Fontenot actually prepared a plat and it is in the record, together with his statement in the sum of $890 for services rendered.
