GARRARD, Judge.

Jack P. Croy (Croy) was injured while standing between two trucks which were stopped in the southbound lane of a county road near Leiters Ford on the evening of December 29, 1972. The injury occurred when the northernmost truck was struck in the rear by a vehicle driven by Phillips. The case was tried by the court.
