PER CURIAM.

Roy F. Van Horn appeals from a jury conviction on the charges of transferring and possessing an illicit firearm, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d). The sole issue raised in this appeal is whether the district court's1 comments to the jury at the close of the evidence denied defendant Van Horn a fair trial. We affirm.
