This appeal presents an initial interpretation of the Louisiana Workmen's Compensation Law, as amended by Act 583 of 1975. Plaintiff sued for benefits for disability resulting from lung injuries due to inhalation of ammonia gas in the course of plaintiff's employment by Petroleum Service Corporation, Donaldsonville, Louisiana, manufacturer of industrial plant products.
