OPINION

DUMBAULD, District Judge.

The instant proceeding is for the purpose of fixing the counsel fees which plaintiff is entitled to recover in a successful1 private antitrust case.2 15 U.S.C. § 15 provides that:

Any person who shall be injured in his business or property by reason of anything forbidden in the antitrust laws may sue therefor in any district court of the United States...
