Defendant-appellant, Danny Rice (Rice), was charged by information and tried and convicted by a jury of sodomy.1 Rice now brings this appeal alleging error by the trial court in its admission into evidence State's Exhibit No. 1, in its refusal of one of defendant's tendered final instructions, and in its refusal to grant Rice's motion for mistrial.
