This suit arises out of a sand-dune buggy accident which occurred in or near Winchester Bay, Oregon, on June 14, 1973. Both plaintiffs and defendants were residents of Covington, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, at the time. Suit was brought by the plaintiffs in the Twenty-second Judicial District Court for the Parish of St. Tammany on April 30, 1974. Originally joined as defendants were Albert E.
