Defendant petitioned for a review of the decision of the Court of Appeals in State v. Ivory, 27 Or.App. 685, 557 P.2d 698 (1976). The trial court had dismissed the case upon Federal constitutional grounds for failure to provide defendant a speedy trial, and the State had appealed.
