LEE, Judge.

As the result of a negotiated plea agreement defendant, charged by indictment with "robbery in the first degree" (ORS 164.415), entered a plea of guilty to the lesser offense of "robbery in the second degree" (ORS 164.405). A presentence investigation undertaken by the Corrections Division at the court's request revealed that during a seven-week period leading up to his arrest defendant had apparently participated in several additional armed robberies...
